In case of pending warranty, there will be a hardware exchange in advance. No refurbishment or repair outside of warranty.


Please do not send goods without RMA form or approval!

More often than not issues like „the phone is not responding“ or „the person calling receives no audio“ are results of wrong configuration.

Therefore, please describe the problem as precise as possible. If at hand, give the ID of a support ticket.
