- Qualified partners with running support contract get free support during office times on Mondays to Fridays between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (not on holidays) through STARFACE Tech Wiki and STARFACE Tech Forum as well as by contact form, phone or remote support tools.
- If you prefer the chargeable STARFACE on-call duty outside business hours, please book this service over sales.
