More often than not issues like „the phone is not responding“ or „the person calling receives no audio“ are results of wrong configuration.

Therefore, please describe the problem as precise as possible. If at hand, give the ID of a support ticket.

Hardware details
  1. Headsets as well as some DECT devices do not have a MAC address. Please fill in Headset or DECT in these cases.
