Basic Information
Please convince yourself of the actual case for returning material prior to engaging our RMA!
In case of pending warranty, there will be a hardware exchange in advance. We reserve our right to charge expenses on actually functioning hardware.
After expired warranty you may send us the appliance for a refurbishing quote and repair. Please refer to our sales team under +49 721 151042-30.
Please do not send goods without RMA form or approval!
More often than not issues like „the phone is not responding“ or „the person calling receives no audio“ are results of wrong configuration.
Therefore, please describe the problem as precise as possible. If at hand, give the ID of a support ticket.
